Here is one of the illustrations I have been working on lately. I have been doing a lot of isometric diagrams based on energy. Mostly used to show how energy is used, distributed or different ways to generate it.

This is the simplest, I’ll post more complex isometric illustrations soon.

Here is the latest in the Dirt Rag universe for me. The article is about a female rider struggling to come to grips with her Multiple Sclerosis or MS.

The challenge for me was to think in terms of a female subject, not usually my first choice. Not for any reason other than being male, I think of myself in my minds eye when trying to come up with an image to illustrate.

The other challenge was to be respectful of the subject & illustrate in a way that neither shows any defect of the person, nor gives too much away about the story.

Recent DR illustration from October. It was to illustrate a letter submitted by a reader. It’s a little late posting it 3 months after it’s published… but hey, better late than never!

This was for a car show in Illinois. A classic car cruise through town.

Here is a new logo & header design for ThePresentationDoctors.com, a new website offering PowerPoint enhancement and creation for corporate clients.

Even the interview shot has a sense of design. The interview is a little weird, but you get a great view of the classic Eames chair & how it was built. I would love one of those!
